Felicity Jones is an British actress who is most well-known for playing the role of Jane Hawking in the critically well-reviewed movie The Theory of Everything. Jones has been in theatre, film and TV since her 12th birthday. Her first role was in the film on television The Treasure Seekers. In the following film, The Worst Witch (a television show) in which she appeared as Ethel Hallow. The sequel Weirdsisters college also featured her. In her debut film Flashbacks of a Fool she appeared as Young Ruth and went on to feature in several movies. In films like The Invisible Woman or The Amazing Spider-Man 2, she gained acclaim for her acting. It was, however, her performance on The Theory of Everything that brought her an Oscar for the first time. Jones her portrayal of Stephen Hawking's wife in this biopic based on the life of Stephen Hawking, was highly praised both by critics and viewers. Inferno was an Tom Hanks thriller was her following part. Jones received the British Artist of 2016 award from the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles, because of her outstanding ability and dedication.
